They're James Jobling posy bowls, may very well have had small flower frogs in them. Not sure of the date range but this design was certainly made in the 1930s

Thanks Christine i did not even think about posy bowls lol now taking a second look yes i think your right shame they haven,t got the frogs with them oh well any idea what they might be worth as i was thinking about selling them.
