Did any glass company in Murano make Mold blown Glass?
« on: November 07, 2006, 07:58:27 PM »
Hello, I just bought this vintage beverage set with "made in italy" red and gold foil label. I guess i would describe it as "hobnail", or bumpy. :-)

Does anyone know of any manufacturers that put out this less expensive type of glass. The true color is gray/purple. I am guessing it is from the late sixties early seventies?

Please take a look:

A 'Made in Italy' label probably means it was not made in Murano. There are other companies outside Murano who could have made this.
