Blair,   Ivo's little book (Miller's glass fact file a-z) give Ehrenfeld as "see Rheinishe Glashutten", where on page 120 there's a picture of the same mark you're showing. Rheinishe Glashutten  was in Koln-Ehrenfeld, Germany between 1864-1931 it says.  Hope this helps.
