Can anyone please confirm whether this is Cenedese ?

I'd appreciate any help in attributing this piece.
I'm aware of the similarities with Iittala's Kaleidoscope series, but fairly sure it's Italian.

If you are sure it's not Iittala, then Italian is a great bet. It does have that Cenedese look.
