Unusual 2 handled pressed vase - Czech?

Hello,

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas as to maker & age for this strange little 2 handled pressed vase. My guess is Czech c1970 but I welcome any further ideas/ information:

It measures approx. 12cm (4 3/4 inches) tall.

Despite coming back from CZ with a huge quantity of research material, this item still is evading me. I am wondering now if this might be Polish?
