Moulded textured vase

ID-Help needed: 20,5cm moulded and interesting textured vase with flat bird bath (3mm deep)
I can't find the maker or origin. i am from germany... so probably german or czech?

Hi Kevin,
no positive ID, unfortunately, but I´d tend towards Walther / Siebenstern. They pop up
frequently here and also come with that characteristic yellow flashing to the non-textured
parts like on other Walther pieces:
