Is it of any value or interest? (or would it be if it were perfect?)
I paid £5, a long time ago, didn't know what it was, decorative value only.

But you think it's WF? I sort of did, but I got it when I was id'ing WF by the big, round, polished pontil-mark......

I've certainly never seen another one.

I've got a much, much nicer amethyst bubbly bowl/vase, cased, perfect. I think it's Webb Corbett, though. Sorry, camerally challenged.

Sorry about the lack of geiger interest Lynne, but as you can see, I have a good use for it. You can tell the sex of the fish??

I dont know if it's WF, but it looks quite nice, i wouldn't mind it on my windowsill  ( err the amathyst vase i mean )

(Besides, I thought they had cloacae, which look the same in both)

  Anyway, back on subject, Sue! I've had a look in the Lesley Jackson WF book, and I can't find that vase. It might not be WF.

Dimensions are:- 9.25" tall, 7.75" wide at the rim, 4.5" wide at the base. It is cased, the glass is fairly thin, considering it's bubbly, about 6mm. Being camerally challenged, I can't get more pics, sorry.

It's not a practical beast. The burst bubble is there, I imagine, because the glass is so thin and somebody has stupidly actually USED it.
It is the sort of thing I'd use as a small wastepaper bin, if it weren't for the thinness. It's pretty big.

Oh well Sue, never mind, still a nice vase though, i like the colour, maybe some one will recognise it one day.
