I don't know if this is Caithness?  It is about 3.5" high and has a heavy thick base.  The colours are quite vibrant with the white looking like summer clouds.  The green and white 'bits' (what is proper term please?) start small at the base and then grow and lengthen towards the rim.  The base is quite smooth and polished and the rim is flat and polished.

Any help with confirmation of Id would be much appreciated.
