I’m not very enthusiastic about pressed glass to be honest but bought one of these today as it had a label and was only £1.50.
It is Davidson blackberry prunt design 269 as far as I can see, the design that is the subject of this topic.
Regarding the number of points making up the prunts, looking online and the links on here, most of these designs have seven points around a larger central disk. For example, see reply 6 here:
http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,28572.msg155205.html . I assume this is the style most people are talking about when they say there are seven points to the prunt.
But, the drawing of the design from the 1928 catalogue looks to have just six points around a central point:

It seems there is some variation in genuine Davidson designs, maybe this has been resolved, am I missing something? The continuation of this topic here:
http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,9296.msg78813.html seems to suggest the items with the wrong number of points per prunt are Chinese reproductions. Unfortunately the links in that are dead. Confusing!
