I can see it is from 1989 and I believe the worn out sticker says Venice, Italy?

the plate is 12.5 inches

Jon, I don't know if anyone else has the same problem.......but I can't actually get my eyes to focus on the signature on the picture!  I think the lines are having a kind of illusion effect......it's quite "trippy".
