Signature on Am. Studio Glass Egg

I have a nice quality studio glass egg shaped paperweight encasing violet flowers and leaves, in the style of Orient and Flume.  The signature is mystery, though: "PR/GE 1990" or "PR/JE 1990."  Does anyone know who this would be?
