Gorgeous blue based bowl - small, heavy, possibly Italian?
« on: February 11, 2007, 04:24:27 PM »
I really find this little bowl very tactile, it's very round and the right size to sit in your palm.  The colour is deep blue at the base, and then clear at the top - is this the Murano incalmo technique (I am cross posting this to the Murano board just in case)

It is 2.5 ins 65 mm tall, 3.5 ins 90 mm diameter, quite a lot of wear to the flat ground underside, no signature I can see.

Thanks!

Thank you very much!
