Good stands for faceted weights
« on: February 15, 2007, 12:53:04 AM »
I've obtained some Baccarat sulphides lately. Never had faceted weights before and I'm finding they won't sit well on the stands that I have. They're like the ones you get from LH Selman. I have an assortment of sizes in 2&1/2, 3, and a tall 3 (a double overlay). The 2&1/2 sits ok on a medium stand but forget the others. The bases are just too broad. I think these weights will display best on a stand.

I collect Scottish and Italian paperweights and anything else that strikes my fancy.
