I want to thank both you and the two gentlemen from Fenton.  The mark on the blue bowl is very indistinct, but I can now see I was wrong, or at best, half correct.   By the way, my wife and I particularly enjoyed visiting the Fenton museum, and would recommend it to anyone interested in the history of the glass works.
