Any ideas about where, what, when, please? It is 9 inches tall.

Pavel Panek, Libochovice pattern number unknown. Came in two sizes.

This is the only information I found of this vase so far ever. (glad for that tho'  :) )
Thanks to its' perfect topic description "vase with a diamond skirt" I remembered having seen it, and found it again!

I am wondering if there's anything new found out in the meantime, since the first post.
The starters vase is 23 cm, mine is the smaller size; 18 cm.
