I nipped out to the shed to put some Chance glass away, and had a quick root around for the blue piece I was talking about - I found it! Been a couple of years since I looked at it.

The base doesn't really look like Randsfjordglass to me, the well isn't deep enough - it's neither one thing or the other if you see what I mean.

Similar to mine, with the clearly defined colour, but the base well doesn't quite look the same as mine. Hmm, what a puzzler
Thanks for your reply Alexander - I assume you were referring to Cat's vase, not mine?
I'm also sure most of Coquille is signed by Paul Kedelv as Flygsfors - detailed by Ivo here:

And here's another
I-Don't-think-it's-Coquille dish...
the white is inside, not on the rim, and no signature. The piece looks as though it was a white balloon, cased in blue, then allowed to collapse on itself - if you look through the base, you can see blue inside and then the white for the top layer. Roughly 8.5 ins 210 mm long.
Very pretty thing. But who made it???

Hi Sue,
That's the one that has me thinking mine isn't Murano, as the touch marks show on the ends in the pictures - they looks very "obvious" - and the ends themselves are quite narrow. The colour panel, however, is very much like mine - except that it goes further into the ends.
Thanks

Hmm, I don't think I've seen that label on genuine murano glass before
(190085169313), label look suspiciously new compared to the scratched base?

That's what i thought, but there seem's to be some wear to the base and the label look's perfect, so if they dont belong to each other where did the label come from? it does'nt look as though it has been peeled off another piece, as Alexander said looks new.

Getting gold labels printed is quite inexpensive and enough places advertise the ways and means...

Sue/David - this looks very much like the green "Murano" one.........not sure if they have taken the attribution for the green listing or they just "know"
