Blue murrines little bowl - Chinese?

This is such a sweet little bowl, about 3.25 ins 85 mm made up of blue murrine slices ala Toso, but of lesser quality.  I am assuming Chinese (see the base) - would that be right?

I have one identical to this  :)
When I got it I assumed older chinese so I'd b very interested
to hear if anyone knows who made this. I bought it from a thrift shop here in norway.

They do get around those Chinese, don't they!  Is yours the same colour as well?

Yep - same colors and semi-rough pontil  :)
It's a fun little piece, I assume it's and ashtray.
