Czech glass Bookends, ID = Karel Zentner for Libochovice

Hello, Can anyone identify the maker of these bookends. I have a pair which are marked "Czechoslovakia"

Hiya,
Libochovice is the factory, Karel Zentner the designer. Pattern number 1518 and were still in production in the late 1950's (info courtesy of the CD database which comes with Marcus Newhall's book).
