Title: Black Glass Pedestal Bowl with Beaded Edge

I know that I have seen this identified before but I can't find the reference  :(   I looked in Toohey's Black Glass 2 and it isn't in there.

I looked through HWM Depression Glass 2 also and I am leaning towards L.E. Smith as the maker.  She didn't have this particular bowl shown but it is very similar in style and quality (good but not great) as other L.E. Smith black glass items.
