Title: "Scavo" Vase (w/ pix)
Post by: horochar on January 14, 2006, 01:13:16 AM: I was hoping for information about this piece. Appears to be a "scavo"vase with irridescent sheen to body and handles. Measures 9 1/4" tall, and bears no signature. Date? Producer? Thanks!

i suspected as much. i bought a few pieces like this (i can't imagine what possessed me ha ha). i generally enjoy a style more in keeping with mid-century mod so, these were a novelty to me. even though i'm fairly certain they are of little value i have a soft spot for them as i would for an ugly puppy.
