Attached to an object which would seem to date in the 50's or 60's, but the label doesn't seem to be from Leerdam...so where does it come from?
-
If this is one of the Meydan bottle vases (the colour suggests it) then you may be looking at a retail label.

I have the answer (from a different source)
From Dhr. Temminck (via email)
"Dat is een origineel Leerdam vignet, 100% echt. Ik heb het een keer in de Fjoezzz vermeld.
Speciaal voor de sierflessen van Meydam in de jaren’50 begin ’60."
"This is a special Leerdam sticker, 100% genuine. It was created for use on the decorative bottles by Floris Meydam in the late 50's early 60's. This information was already published by me in 'Fjoezz'."

Thank you for coming back and posting the identification information from Dhr. Temminck.
Ivo, you have a keen eye to be able to id a Meydam piece from a sliver of colour ;D

Here's my Meydam bottle with an identical label:

A pic of the whole piece would be useful :)
