I've just seen a vase for sale on ebay....apparently Murano and signed by J Rom ;D
Having looked at the sig I think it says From Murano unless there is a J Rom out there somewhere :-\

Link? It might be Bon you know.

ooh I never thought of that and I didn't save the link ::)
It did look as though it said FRom Murano I'll go and look up Bon and see what the sig compares as

It's slightly expensive so a little out of my price range :o but I don't think it says Bon. However, I am mystified as to what it could say as it's unlikely to say FRom really on such a nice piece isn't it?

I like it, but sadly I need to pay for food and bills this month ;D

The photos don't really help that much when it comes to the signature, they don't show all of it clearly. Nice thing though.
I don't think it says J Rom or From Murano. No idea what it does say...

John the first pic shows the whole sig, though a little difficult to read..but it does look like it reads FRom Murano.
odd.

You can see it but only up to a point. I reckon the first word has five characters, character two is practically invisible in the two photos (1&12) that show the sig. I also think the second word probably has at least six characters and not five....
Feeling very contrary today. ;D
Could the format be initial name name?

no not contrary at all...I was just wondering how you 'saw' it. I'll have another look to see if I can see the 5 letters.
It is a rubbish pic isn't it.
I really love the vase though....shame about the price lol
