Glass Animals & Figurines / Flamework Glass Animals and Figurines
« Last post by Mini Squirrel on Yesterday at 11:33:49 PM »
I am looking for other collectors of lampwork glass and figurines in the USA and Canada. I would like to find people that I can be in contact with either in person or over the phone to discuss glass animals and figurines. Ideally, I would love to find some people in the Los Angeles area to share my collection and interests. I have a collection of over 4,000 displayed glass figurines and probably over a thousand extras from auctions I've purchased on eBay etc. My home is like a mini museum with 21 display cases with 194 shelves approximately 26 inches wide and 7 inches deep.  If anyone is traveling through the Los Angeles area and is interested in seeing my collection please contact me. My email address is letmaxinehelp@roadrunner.com.
I look forward to hearing from you either here on the glass board or directly.
Thank you
Maxine

British & Irish Glass / Royal Brierley vase
« Last post by Anne on Yesterday at 11:13:51 PM »
No idea what colour they called this but it's very jolly and will fit well on my orange and yellow glass shelf! Stands 6" high, vertical optical ribs inside, acid stamped Royal Brierley on the base, silver and blue Royal Brierley oval label on the shoulder.

Are they candle holders?

Kind of along the lines of these in terms of usage (perhaps different period of course):

or these:

Glass / help identify glass floral dishes
« Last post by iittalayyz on January 20, 2019, 11:56:12 PM »
Hi everyone
I recently acquired a set of dishes, with a glass floral design.  I originally thought they might be Humppila or Iittala, but I haven't been able to confirm the design.  Any thoughts or opinions to help identify these would be great. Cheers and thanks
