Title: Possibly Aseda can anyone help? Nice base with spikes

I have found several of these on the internet but none carries a reliable ID. Can anyone help? Height is 8" (215mm)

Sea Glasbruk might be a good place to start looking. At least, that's what the colour and shape suggest to me.
