Title: Caithness Royal Tribute

 ;D I have recently become the proud owner of the 'Royal Birthday Tribute' paperweight by Colin Terris (1984) from Caithness. It was produced to commemorate the Birthday of HRH Prince Harry (15th September 1984)
My query is this: the center display is four flowers - three blue and one pink. The middle of each flower carries a pictogram. I can decipher two blues, one is the initial H and the other the initial W.
Does anybody know what the third blue flower and remaining pink flower centers are ?  ???

Hi Roger, Max and Dexter are correct. The blue flowers represent the males in the family, and the pink the female. William's weight two years earlier had two blue and one pink, representing Diana, Charles and himself, so it follows that in Harry's there is a fourth blue and in the style of a family tree. Very nicely done :)

I have had another close study and although the initials are really stylised they are indeed C and D. I can now complete my documentation. Thank you all once again.

Well done to all for the perfect replies,just thought I would add that those weights used to drive us mad making them.Trying to keep those side canes upright to make the basket was a nightmare. :)

           I am Allan Scott,I have been the senior lampworker at Caithness for the last 24 years and also design weights for them as well.As far as I am aware I am not the "Allen" from the Caithness Society :)
