hi all,new to the forum,wondererd if you could help with a question about a glas bowl i won,its made by a company called il vetro dei dogi and is the nero collection,its about 15inch diameter and is gold and bronze in colour,i was told they use 24 carret gold in there glass dont know how true it is ,someone at work offered me £100 for it so made me wonder what it really is worth,would be gratefull for any help,comojoko

The use of gold leaf in glass is not uncommon but there are alternatives used too.

If you can upload a link to a photo it will give the people here a better idea, however, valuation is a very individual thing so you might not get this.

(Comojoko you're doing fine getting the image uploaded. Once it's there look at the gallery page the picture is on and below the photo you'll see a box that says File Information. Almost at the bottom of that section is a line which starts URL...  copy the website link from that line (see above for how it looks) and paste it into a message here on the board to connect the picture to your query.)
