:hi:
Another item I got at the Auction Today. Pretty pink bowl with Lines running around it. Has a blue and silver (round) foil label on the bottom? Is this just an Generic piece of Murano Glass? It is still very pretty. The red dark flakes on the bottom are remains of the grease pencil that they use at the Auction to number things. I only paid $7 for it. There are also bubbles on the outside.
If I ever use those Pink Murano Lamps here -- this will look nice by them!!
I like it very Much! Any info on the item, or date? Thanks

These are considered generic. Not even the professionals can say for sure who made them. Someone out there probably knows, but they're not talking. Glass with the filigrana like this was made in the 1950s for some of the import companies. The Bibi & Co catalog that is on the West Virginia disk that some of us on the group recently bought has a few glass pieces of this style.
