Title: Anyone recognize this Scandi looking smoke colored small pitcher or creamer?

Looking for an ID on this small 5" tall creamer? It looks scandinavian to me, BWDIK. Is has a ground and polished base. ANy ideas?

Well I can say with some confidence that it's not Holmegaard.

Per Lutken *did* design a sugar/creamer set in 1950 with distinct similarities, but the handle part should be flat and the bases didn't have pontils.

It doesn't get you any closer to identifying it, but it does at least knock one factory off the list of possibilities.

I don't believe it is a pontil just the edge is ground.  The inside is smooth with the sides and not impressed at all.

Ah, sorry - it just looked like a pontil in the picture.

I'm a bit miffed that I missed out on the auction, actually - but I dozed off before it finished.  ::)
