While I'm at it, let's get to the latest unidentified, irresistable purchase. This Roseline vase has a flat, polished bottom, polished top that's beveled on both the inside and outside edges. Neat form and good quality glass, mid-range weight. Coloring is darker toward the top. The previous owner was thinking Italian and claimed that the vase had been in storage for 25 years.

I would think Italian, more precisely V. Nason. And I would call the colour pink opaline. As always, no guarantees.
