Title: White ribbon trail on green P/W

Hi, i have been looking for the I/D if possible for this White ribbon trail on green P/W. Its 2.5 inches dia and the same tall. The base is flat , ground and polished. The inside is clear glass encased in green with a white spiral ribbon trail from bottom to top then encased in clear glass. I was thinking Bohemiun but not sure.
Any help would be much appreciated.
