Title: Stuart plates

Set of 3 plates 6" across 2 etched Stuart England on the base, forgive my ignorance but do I describe them as side plates?

More likely to be underplates for sundae dishes or something with that drip catching profile.

They are sometimes known as ice plates i believe !!!.
