Title: Orange acid cut-back pitcher ID?

I don't think this has much age, BWDIK?  It is 9 1/2" tall and the glass color is orange.  The handle is applied.  As you can see from the outside, it is a frosted glass and the design is cut back and polished/  Opinions as to age and origin are welcome.  Thanks for looking.
