Hi,
Another item I picked up at the weekend - a light green decanter shaped piece - it's quite crude & possibly has some age to it - the top is thick & heavy & has a spout shaped moulding. There is also an embossed crest / coat of arms on the front
Ther is a small notch on the back at the base & no distingushing marks - any ideas ????
Thanks

It's quite similar in form to the Holmegaard 'Viking' carafe - although there are enough differences to make me suspect that yours is from a different factory, but likely of similar age (1960s-1970s).
It was likely produced for a wine producer/retailer, as a fancy way of distributing their wares, and the crest on the front the company's logo.

Hi
Yes - thats seems a fair comment - it is similar but agreed not by Holmegaard. Thank you very much for the info
