Picked up a bit more ;D
I'm assuming its a chance plate, its the same size and wavy edge as my calypto and anenome, but its like a lace design? Was only £1.75 from a charity shop so pleased with that ;D Then decided to have a mooch around the antiques market in Wolves, and they had a 4" orange cordon handkerchief, so just had to have it

Cherry, you need the book!
It will show you what is available and it's relative scarcity, and for how long it was produced, it will show you the things that look Chancy but aren't, it will tell you the dates, the names of the designers (if known)
and a whole lot more besides - lots of interesting historical anecdotes, you'll see wonderful stuff you just don't know about yet.
It will help you to focus on what you're buying and decide how much you should pay for it.
It's not full of long boring pages and pages of text - it's neatly put together with informative paragraphs and loads of full colour illustrative pictures. It's a joy.

well, tell cherry how to acquire the book then Sue. :)

You find the forum for books, then look for Chance Expressions.
But I've done it for you.
