I am trying to ID these. I am not even sure of country of origin.... The colors of the painted designs are not as vivid as the pics make them look. Standing approx 10.5 inches tall the ground appears to be a Custard glass. I did not have a black light when I took the pics to see if it reacts or not. I would be surprised if it does not. They are at work so I can not check.....
There are no marks of any kind on them.
The design appears to be hand painted and not a transfer application. Not really my style of glass, but they are quite striking in person.....
Any and all helps or hints will be greatly appreciated.

The custard colour and the quality look good for Harrach. Certainly Bohemian. The turned-down style is not the standard for the UK market though.

Great find,as Christine says probably Bohemian,seen lots over the years but not with tops like those,very nice ;D

could French not be a possibility as well?
Or Josephinenhutte for the base lustre if not the enamelling?

Just thought I would bump these to see if any new eyes may see them..... Still trying to figure these out and I have really found nothing similar to them.....

Possibly no help at all but the enamelling reminds me of Oertel or Pfohl.

Dont know if this will help,but because i thought they were so STUNNING i had a quick look & found some of the dangly glass bits (prism ?) listed as French Crystal,do not know if these prism are all the same style or vary within countries.
And the decoration does remind me of French work,but i know nothing,sorry ;D

Page 91 of Charles Hajdamach British Glass 1800-1914 - he explores the 'Bohemian connection' and on that page is a vase in the middle that has some similarities, albeit vague. It has a floral plaque and some of the gilt work on it and also the cut and gilded rims - not the same but it is dated to about 1840-the early 1860's.

I think they may be pineapple stands. Somewhere (Sue? may remember where) I saw an advert or an original illustration showing a turned over rim thing as a pineapple stand

but as soon as I saw this thread being ressurected I thought to myself ;- "Christine and I found out these are pineapple stands, I wonder if she remembers where we saw this... "
Was it just the other week when you were here? I'm sure it was an illustration, you pointed it out to me. What illustrations did we have to hand?

Looking for opaline glass on another thread, I came across these on an antiques site. They have the same shape as yours with the completely folded rim, but then have separate bits that sit in the top. I wonder if with the separate bits in they are candle holders and with them out they can be used as vases? dual purpose?

the 'hole' in the top of these is narrow and peg shaped I think rather than as wide as that in yours, but this is a pair with a turned down rim and the glass 'shade' in the top just for reference.
