Title: Help with I.D please it has a mark to the base. - ID = Guernsey

Hi,  Can you help with I.D please. It has a mark on the base  ,a Cartouche with three Lion`s  i thought they were kangaroo`s at first  :pb: looking at it upside down. Height 113 mm. Thank you. :or:
