Might be worth asking Denis Mann http://www.denismann.com/

I just had a response from Helen MacDonald:
"This is one of mine called Swan Lake from some time in the 70's. There were not many made as they were expensive to engrave on 4 sides."
... "some time in the 70's" would fit the engraved '72.

Ray - may I assume to have (again) your permission to use your images on ScotlandsGlass ? >:D

Did Helen engrave them or just design them?

I have an engraved weight which is signed by Helen.  I was told that she engraved them.   A very talented lady!  :hiclp:

Just an fyi.

I'm listing one of these in my EBAY store today.

Since they are quite unusual, I thought someone might be interested.

Welcome to the Board, Bob,

For future reference, please note that, as per Board Guidelines all sales items should be placed in the Gass Market Place forum rather than as an addition to an existing thread.

Just a quick fyi, Ray suggested that this may have been a ltd ed of 25 (maybe he meant 250).

It was 250, I have the registration card for number 111 of 250, so we know that at least 111 of them were made for sure.

Thanks for giving me the guidance to not mention that I have something for sale on ebay, honestly I wasn't trying to drum up interest, just though people might want to see other pictures.

Now that I know, and I'll make sure to just post a few pics. of interesting slightly obscure pieces, but won't mention ebay on this portion of site.

Thanks again all, for the kind and gracious responses.
