Title: French Stick Vases - pair - Baccarat, Mont Joye, or other?

Looking for opinions on the maker of these beautiful stick vases. I normally collect Bohemian, but these strike me as French... I'm just not sure who could have made them, and I would welcome any ideas. Thanks very much!
