I have been searching for a few months trying to ID this bowl. It has gorgeous etching that looks Scandinavian in nature. There is an engraving that reads, "S-v 97, and from the S it turns to a P below that and there is an "aza"" So essentially the piece looks like s-v 97, Paza" anybody have any ideas?? It is 12" in width and about 2 1/2" in height. I know that Verlys is french, but it is very similar in the form of their pieces and the way that they do their etching?
Any ideas?

Vashon Island glass artist Silvija Paza. Vashon Island appears to be in Seattle.

It is actually an Island in Puget Sound off the coast of Seattle to the south a little bit accessible only by ferry ride......... A quite lovely place to spend a day.
