Title: I am losing the plot !!! Gibraltar?

OK, so maybe I  have lost it rather than losing it.  I have a paperweight with a particular seal mark which I actually know because I had a similar paperweight some time ago.  The problem is I just can't remember who the darn maker is.  I have put some time and effort in on the net to find out (again) before I finally submitted in taking the easy way out in asking you guys for help.  I know I am gonna kick myself several times when you tell me, it will be "o flippin eck of course it is".     Its driving me nuts ??? ??? ??? ??? ???
