Title: Three cut glass items, but by who?
Post by: Tigerchips on January 28, 2007, 08:41:18 PM
I'd love to know who these were made by. They look old but you never know.

This bowl or very large salt is 4 inches diameter with ribbed scroll feet.

This looks like a trinket pot? It has a star cut base and a star cut nob on the top. It's approx 4.75 inches high with a star cut base. The nob at the top is cut along the sides and across the top.

I think this may have been converted into a jam pot or mustard pot. The hole in the side of the lid is frosted on the side and it interupts the cut pattern. Also, once the lid is in place there is not much room for a spoon. It's six and a half inches high.

Any thoughts much appreciated, thanks, Tony.
