Post by: kimanded on September 10, 2009, 07:24:52 PM
hi all this is a lovely pressed/cut glass? cake stand  it stands 4 1/2 inches high.
and 10 inches diameter. as you can see in the second picture there is a numer thinks its the reg number? it says R then it looks like a small o or d on to of a _ (line) then its 742290. we have tried to find it threw google search but the number says its part of a dressing table set. so were are a bit puzzled  :) also in the picture it looks like it mite have been repaired at some point or maybe this happend when it was made but its a lovely finish you would think it had been chipped, would be great if any could give any info. thanks guys all :)

It's part of the huge Pendant range, which included a dressing table set, and was produced for at least 40 years. So no, not, not valuable, particularly if it is damaged. Can't tell if the mark is damage or an annealing mark.
