These finely made thin glass stacking cereal or soup bowls are unsigned but, if in fact produced by Iittala, once may have had stickers. I am hoping that somebody can help me to identify maker and designer. My guesses, based on style, production technique and color are Tapio Wirkkala or Kaj Franck. Thanks for your help,
Charles.

Nothing leaps out from Iittala 125, nor from Kerttu Nilonen's Finskt Glas.

these bowls are indeed made by iittala finland. the designer of the bowls is tapio wirkkala, the bowls are made in several colours.
you can find the bowls in the book about iittala '125 years of finnish glass' or in the book about wirkkala 'eye hand, thought'

correction: you can't find the bowls in 'iittala, 125 years of finnish glass'. you only will find them in the book about wirkkala, 'eye, hand, thought'

Excellent. It would be great to know in addition the name of the pattern/series, scarcity and approximate dates of production.
Sincerely,
Charles.

hi,
the bowls are designed in 1965, and only were in catalogue in 1965 and 1966. so the bowls are relatively scarce.
the bowls are only made in one size; 30 cl. several colours: blue, green, brown.
serial number: 2360. the bowls don't have a name, only this number.
the information is coming from the book 'wirkkala, eye, hand, thought'
kind regards, b
