Title: Two of the same style. Chinese or something else?

I bought this in a job lot with some other paperweights and would like to ID them. The base is polished flat.

Could be almost anybody in fairly modern times. Has a bit of an East European look to me, but that's just a gut feel.

Quality of the red / orange one seems to be a bit worse than the other one, although perhaps the brighter colours enhance the bubbles and other internal features?

Ray could be right. Or, again, might be East European (or almost anywhere).

(As both weights are clearly of the same style, I will merge the topics to keep them together.)

I have always attributed this internal style and colours to India and the bases always seemed to be matt polished but not highly polished. Regards Roger.
