Title: Help Needed With Contemporary Paperweight Artist Signed

Hello everyone,  I could use some help from a few seasoned paperweight Guru's!  I have a contemporary large floral paperweight, that is artist signed and dated 1999.  Its a stunning piece, great work and clarity, bottom is very nicely finished and polished.  I just can't read the signature and writing and was hoping someone might recognize the signatures and style.

Looks like Colin something and the name of the weight something Garden.

Could be Colin, or could be Ch.  Looks like Iris Garden to me   :?
