I have had this for a while and also tried to identify the maker but have not been able to so far. I think it is a U.S. maker, but I am not sure. The piece has a ground and polished rim on the base, and is quite large measuring 25 inches long, 3.5 deep and 3.5 tall. Any help appreciated with this one as it has me stumped....
TIA Craig

Tiffin is the first one that jumps to mind - at least mine.

Thanks Ivo...... I have looked at both Tiffin and also Heisey with no luck..... I do not have books on them though, so my research could be missing a lot. I have been looking off and on for a couple of years now....

Ivo was right on the money Craig. Its Tiffin Modern, Twilight # 6568 Flower Arranger, fairly uncommon due to its rather massive size that is difficult to display easily. Ken

Thanks Ken, My gut kinda told me you would come along with the answer..... I thought Tiffin first also but was not able to nail it down.....
Thanks.... Craig

Sorry for hijacking this thread ;D - does any of these look familiar? The three lumpy pieces were bought together and have polished bottoms.

Glaskilian had a similar vase attributed to Lux Glass Austria >> Link (http://www.glaskilian.de/Alexandrit-Glas-Vase-LUX-Glass.779+B6YmFja1BJRD03NzkmcHJvZHVjdElEPTExNDEzJnBpZF9wcm9kdWN0PTc3OSZkZXRhaWw9.0.html)
But I don't see a label on that vase, so not totally convinced (I can't remember atm if I ever saw an Alexandrite piece by them here)

Thank you! Better one with an attribution - even a temporary one - than no attribution at all. And I could believe it - after all Jan is pretty smart.

I am getting to this very late. I checked O'Kane's complete Tiffin Modern catalog for all the production pieces (photos) carefully & unfortunately I cound not find any matches.

Thank you for shortening the shortlist :-)
