Title: Frank thrower Dartington ft59 or modern copy?
Post by: brucebanner on July 01, 2014, 06:35:51 PM
I may have been caught out twice today, i thought this was a Dartington vase but the pattern looks different, any help welcome.

It's 5 3/4 inches in height and 2 1/4 inches square across the base.

It has wear to all base tips.

It's a medium FT59. Medium and small only have two leaves.

They can also be confused with the Marguerite vase (FT228).
