Hi and welcome.  Since the bidding has ended on Ebay I feel safe about answering this question.  The vessel pictured is not the work of Dino Martens.  It appears to be someone else's version.  I have never seen this shape in any of the Marten's vessels I have seen.

I agree with Tami. It is definitely not his work, nor do I think it is the work of any noted Murano glassmaker.

No Martens for sure.
Only the colors are similars to the Marten's vases.
