Hi, am I missing something or is this eBay item:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=360216367236&ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:GB:1123
actually Sklo Union. The seller swears it isn’t, it would be great if someone else could confirm.
Many thanks Tim

Yes, it is a design by Frantisek Vizner for Sklo Union, I have seen this in two sizes of vase and candlesticks (this one looks to be the larger vase). It is pressed glass not cut glass.
Many members of the this forum are not comfortable commenting on live listings but I would suggest patience might allow you to find this vase at a more competitive price.

The candle-holder by Vizner shown here by Jindrich, pattern 20182, from Hermanova hut', should not be confused with similar candle-holders from Rudolfova hut', originally thought to be by Urban, but now considered to have the work of Pavel Panek. Those items are 13438/210, /140, and /70.

Hi, thanks everyone for the information, I didn't know that there was so much depth to the range. And thanks M, it must be fascinating research drawing back the veil of the Iron Curtain to discover the light behind.

Hi, I bought these six, what I thought were tea light holders, recently. I thought they were designed by Vizner like a tall vase I have, but now am not so sure. Could anyone tell me if they really are Vizner or maybe Rudolfove Hut? They are 3inches tall (72mm) and 2 and a half inches across the top (63mm) They have quite a deep well on the base, When I bought them they were stacked up in piles of two, as they do have an edge on the top and they do seem to fit together to make taller ones, are they really designed to do this or is it just me piling them up? Any help appreciated. Cheryl.
