Bought this at the salvation army today. It measures 10 3/4".
The edge is fluted or ruffled, and it also has a cloudy edge with a very slight blue hue to it.
The bottom has raised bubbles or round dots, like hobnails, but no point.
I would love to know who made it and when.

I believe that is Anchor Hocking's MOONSTONE made from 1941-1946
It is a crimped bowl and the cloudy edge is known as opalescent
